Privacy Policy
The marketing site explains Home Transcripts and offers public helper tools. Transcript creation happens inside an authenticated app account.
Local tool data
The public GPA calculator and tracker use localStorage so planning data can remain available in the same browser. This data is not sent to Home Transcripts servers by the marketing site.
Users can clear saved tool data through the clear controls in each tool or through browser settings.
Account and transcript data
Authenticated account data and transcript records are stored in Supabase. Users can export account data and request deletion through account settings.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Home Transcripts stores subscription summary information but does not store full card details.
Contact emails
When a user sends an email, the message is handled by the user's email provider and the recipient mailbox. Users should avoid sending sensitive student records by ordinary email.
Analytics and external links
No analytics run by default. If optional analytics are added later, they must be configuration-driven and documented. External links may have their own privacy practices.
