How to fill out the transcript template

The template is meant to be useful even if you never use the generator. Keep course records nearby while filling it out, and verify the recipient's delivery instructions before sending the signed document.

Field	What to enter
Student information	Full legal name, city and state, and graduation year.
Homeschool information	Homeschool name, location, and administrator name.
Courses	Course titles grouped by grades 9 through 12.
Credits	Consistent credit values, often 1.0 for full-year work.
GPA	Credit-weighted GPA calculated from the grading scale.
Signature	Administrator signature and date after final review.
